A highly rugged, Aqua Tek S battery-boosting case for the iPhone 4S and 4 from Snow Lizard Products, is seeking funds through the Kickstarter website to come to life. Not only will this case offer protection from water, dust and shocks, but also add to the power life via its solar powered panel.
Claimed to be capable of braving any environment, this case should safeguard the Apple smartphone under water to a depth of about 20 feet. The sheath is carved out of tough poly-carbonate material that makes it durable enough to withstand spills, dust, drops and falls. Also, the rubberized texture of the covering makes for a firm grip over the phone.

Besides the built-in battery that coughs up extra juice for extended usage, the integrated solar charger should ensure that users don’t run out of power. A top loading lid of the iPhone casing encloses the handset completely and at the same time, offers access to the touchscreen as well as the camera, the volume buttons and the speakers.
The Aqua Tek S battery-boosting iPhone 4S and 4 case price is tagged at $129.99 (approx. Rs. 6,440). Users who pledge $100 for the case will be amongst the first ones to receive the cover in shades of signal orange, black night or urban camo. This sheath from Snow Lizard Products will enter production if the manufacturers manage to collect $75,000 in the next 23 days.
