Sony Vaio C Series laptops rolled out

Sony Vaio C Series Seemingly, Sony’s Vaio range has received a stroke of bright colors with its latest C series. The Sony Vaio C Series laptops dressed in Neon Red and Thunder Blue shades are available in 14-inch and 15.5-inch screen sizes.

Select models will come equipped with Intel Core i5 processors, backlit keyboard and number pads, Blu-ray Disc drives and AMD Radeon HD 6630M 1GB Hybrid graphics cards. Other models will feature the Intel Core i3 processor and come pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium OS. The new Sony Imagination Studio Suite 2 Vaio Edition would be offered only with the signature collection models.

The C series is compatible with Intel Wi-Di adapters enabling the sharing of laptop content on HDTVs. Its Hybrid graphics save power consumption by lowering performance when not required. The body incorporates an Exmor HD webcam along with shortcut keys for web access, Media Gallery software and Vaio Care. The Vaio with its standard lithium ion battery provides up to nine hours of battery life for the 14-inch model and up to eight hours for the 15.5-inch Vaio.

The Sony Vaio C Series laptops will be up for pre-sale from June 19 on Sony’s website at the company’s suggested price of $730 (approx Rs. 32,674).
