LG enriches Blade series with new P430, P530 notebooks

LG has been indeed garnering a lot of attention in the market with its new Cinema 3D TVs. After leveraging its home entertainment segment, the company has now introduced its P430 and P530 notebooks which will be included in the company’s upcoming Blade series.

The Blade series promises to supplement users’ style factor with mind-bogging designs and sleek features. The P430 and P530 units come equipped with 14-inch and 15.6-inch LED LCD display screens, respectively. Users can ensure crisp and highly detailed images. These lightweight offerings come along with bezels that claim to be over 40 percent narrower than other notebooks.

Lee, Executive Vice President and Head of LG Electronics PC Business Unit. “Leveraging tomorrow’s technology and breakthrough design, LG will continue offer slim, beautiful notebooks that raise the bar in portable computing.”

Users can effortlessly carry along these solutions while travelling from one place to another. Crafted with a tough metallic case, the devices boast of a lustrous brushed aluminum finish and diamond cutting technology. The notebooks come dressed in attractive shades of misty blue and titan black.

Powered by the second-generation Intel Core i7 processors, these new gizmos come along with Nvidia’s GeForce GT520M graphics card. Intel’s new quad-core processor is touted to be 20 percent and 50 percent quicker than the earlier generation Intel Core i7 processor and the second-generation Intel Core i5 processor, correspondingly. Other attributes include 1.3MP HD webcam, SRS and DLNA technology.

The P430 notebook will be rolled out at the end of May while the P530 will hit shelves later in markets across Europe, Middle East, South America and Asia.
