Acer Aspire Timeline 1810T CULV notebook now official

Acer Aspire Timeline Acer has officially announced the Aspire Timeline 1810T. It is said to be the company’s innovative CULV ultraportable and an effective substitute to the Aspire One 751. Two general specification sets are available, the 1810T-352G25n and the 1810T-353G25n.

The Acer Aspire Timeline is driven by Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium. It features a 5-in-1 card reader, supporting Secure Digital, MultiMediaCard, Memory Stick,Memory Stick PRO, xD-Picture Card. The dimensions of the device are 285mm x 204mm x 22.1/30mm and weighs 1.35 kg.

The 1810T-352G25n comes with 1.4GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and 250GB hard-drive while the 1810T-353G25n features an additional 1GB of RAM and integrated 3G. The notebooks operate on Intel Core 2 Solo processor, Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics and SATA hard-drive that supports WiFi a/b/g or a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR. These notebooks present 11.6″ HD with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, high-brightness (200-nit) Acer CineCrystal LED-backlit TFT LCD.

The 1810T provides battery life of up to 8 hours. The notebook is inclusive of three USB 2.0 ports, one external display (VGA) port, Ethernet (RJ-45) port and microphone-in jack. The device features Dolby optimized surround sound system with two built-in stereo speakers.

The Aspire Timeline comes with one-year international travelers’ warranty. The Timeline 1810T-352G25n and the Timeline 1810T-353G25n notebooks are priced at $711 (approx Rs. 34,252) and $853 (approx. Rs. 41,093) respectively. The 1810T is available in red, blue or black colors. Acer has not announced the availability of its 11.6-inch ultraportable in the US.
