ASRock Multibook G22 Notebook

Here comes a new addition to the every increasing number of laptops. This one comes from ASRock and is called Multibook G22, according to Slashgear. We have no idea if this little white beauty will leave a mark in the market.

Well, the G2 doesn’t really offer anything different except the DVD Supermulti drive and Intel’s dual-core Atom 330 processor that is paired up with Nvidia’s Ino graphics chipsets which delivers 1080p output. The 12-inch display screen has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

The Multibook incorporates Atom 330 which is usually used with netbooks. The 1.6GHz CPU complements the 2GB DDR2 RAM. The RAM can be upgraded up to 4GB. The ultra-portable G2 comes with a 320GB hard disk drive and is capable of supporting up to 500GB drives. The connectivity features include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Ethernet and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR. The device conveniently houses VGA, HDMI, audio in/out, Ethernet, modem and three USB 2.0 ports.

The touchpad recognizes multitouch gestures like pinch-zooming and chiral-rotating. The other specifications include 10-in-1 memory card reader, 1.3-megapixel camera, stereo speakers and a microphone.

There is still no word on the pricing or the availability but is expected to come around soon.
