Dell Promise Pink Laptops on Sale to Fight Breast Cancer

In partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Dell has announced the release of its Promise Pink Laptops and Mini notebook PCs.

On purchase of a Promise Pink Laptop or Mini, Dell will donate $5.00 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure – the world’s largest breast cancer organization – to raise money for breast cancer research and community-based programs that would be later used for breast health education and screening.

Moreover, the laptops and Minis that are used for Promise Pink comprise of Inspiron Mini 9, Inspiro Mini 12, Inspiron 1525, Studio 15, Studio 17, Studio Hybrid, XPS M1330, XPS M1530 and Latitude E4200.

Speaking about the novel cause, Michael Tatelman, Dell Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing, stated, “Many of us at Dell and in our communities have been touched by breast cancer and we feel privileged to join the fight with such an impactful organization. Dell’s partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure is another opportunity to make choices in personal technology that reflect passion areas and self-expression.”

On the other hand, Katrina McGhee – Vice President of Marketing at Komen for the Cure, mentioned, “With Dell’s Promise Pink laptops, people will be able to share their passion for the cause and show their support for those touched by breast cancer. Dell users are joining the global breast cancer movement and helping us create a world without breast cancer.”

The Promise Pink laptops and Minis are available through Dell’s online store. However, there’s no information about the pricing.
