Walmart has now put up the HP Pavilion G60 laptop for sale. What’s new? Well, Walmart is offering this laptop at an extremely affordable price. This entertainment laptop PC is said to incorporate a host of advanced features. It will be available in stores starting from next month.
The G60 features a 15.6-inch widescreen display that flaunts a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. It comes embedded with Intel’s 4500M, Graphics Media Accelerator that provides up to 1309MB of graphics memory. The laptop is powered by Intel’s Celeron processor 900. This processor provides 2.2GHz speed, 800MB frontside bus and 1MB L2 cache. The G60 runs on the 64-bit, Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.
The HP G60 incorporates 3GB of DDR2 RAM that can be expanded up to 4GB. The 250GB SATA drive claims to store up to 71,000 photos, or up to 62,000 songs, or up to 30 hours of HD video. The company also throws in a LightScribe SuperMulti DVD optical drive with double-layer support. The laptop also offers support for wireless Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet connectivity.
The HP Pavilion G60 laptop will be made available from November 7 onwards. The laptop is price tagged at $298 (approx. Rs. 14,050). The laptop is backed by a 1-year limited hardware warranty.
