In partnership with Lucasfilm, Oregon Scientific (OS) has announced the availability of two new laptops, known as the Star Wars Darth Vader Laptop and the Star Wars R2-D2.
Oregon Scientific, the world’s leading designers and marketers of award-winning personal electronic products, designed these products featuring interactive learning activities and games, especially for kids. One laptop is in the shape of Darth Vader’s mask and other in R2-D2, based on the entire catalog of Star Wars flims.

With this laptop, kids can learn fundamental skills in subjects such as math, grammar, music and spelling.
The Darth Vader Laptop features 50 activities for kids. The activities include logic, memory and music games. It also comes equipped with a QWERTY keyboard to help introduce kids to computers.
The portable R2-D2 laptop provides eight activities such as ‘Word Scramble’, ‘Reflex Training’, ‘Shape Recognition’ etc. It also packs R2-D2 and C-3PO for kids on adventures around the galaxy that expands their vocabulary, having fun with numbers, and developing logic and memory skills.
The Star Wars Darth Vader Laptop targets kids up to the age of 5 and retails for $59.99 (approx. Rs. 2400). The Star Wars R2-D2 Laptop aiming at kids within 3 years costs $24.99 (approx. Rs. 1000). Both the laptops are currently available at retail stores in Poland.
