NEC Versa P9110 Laptop Launched

NEC Versa P9110 notebook NEC has unveiled a powerful 17-inch pro-media notebook PC, called the Versa P9110.

An ideal product for sophisticated AV home entertainment demand and graphic intensive business users, P9110 features Intel Core 2 Duo processor, Vista Home Premium / Ultimate, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, between 160GB and 250GB of hard drive space, 7.1-channel audio, NVIDIA’s GeForce 8400M GS, a 56k modem for connecting up in dire situations and a built-in mic.

The Versa P9110 notebook also comes with a dual-layer DVD burner, gigabit Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, an ExpressCard slot, three USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire connector, VGA / HDMI outputs, a four-in-one multicard reader, 1.3MP shooter, WXGA+ widescreen panel and a built-in “subwoofer” to compliment the four speakers.

“Users no longer have to cramp their fingers while working or playing games as the ideal full-sized keyboard with the addition numeric keypad convenient them to input data with large amount of numbering involved and for gamers who require full control access of their games,” said Makoto Iwasaki, Executive Director of NEC Computers Asia.

The high-definition NEC Versa P9110 series laptop is slated to hit the shelves by September-end this year, through all local NEC authorized retail outlets.
