The Phaser 3010, 3040, 6000 and 6010 along with the Workcenter 3045, make up the new range of color printers which were released in India yesterday by Xerox. The entry level to mid segment A4 printers have been crafted for aiding small and medium businesses.
The newly launched compact devices do not take up much space and are said to be ideal for small offices. All of them incorporate the new Hi-Q LED and Xerox EA toner technologies that apparently increase the dependability of the range and enable professional printed output. While the Xerox Phaser 3040 delivers a speed of 20PPM, the monochrome 3010 printer provides 20ppm. The WorkCenter 3045 integrates the MFP functionality at a speed of 24ppm and claims to offer enhanced connectivity and security features.

The Xerox Phaser 6000 and 6010 color printers offer speeds of 10 and 12 pages per minute for color and 12 and 15ppm in black and white respectively. The lightweight devices feature the plug-and-play setup and are capable of managing various custom media and sizes such as labels, card stock and envelopes.
Details regarding the pricing and availability of the Xerox Phaser and Workcenter color printers have not yet been revealed.
