This lineup starts with ViewSonic’s 32-inch VT3245 and 37-inch VT3745 TVs that offer excellent images with 1920×1080 resolution for true 1080p capability. The respond time that these televisions supply is that of 5 millisecond with a static contrast ratio of 4,000:1. These televisions have a 3D video processing that presents extreme picture clarity and an SRS TruSurround XT audio surround sound experience, this proves to be ideal for fast action movies and sports events. These televisions promise no scaling at all, since they come with advanced image scaling capabilities.
The VT3745 has been designed for TV or monitor use and thus is perfect for streaming media content through internet which includes TV shows and movies. The VT3745 can be availed later this month for a price of $799 (approx Rs. 38,584) while the VT3245 can be purchased in October for a price of $649 (approx Rs. 31,324)
The next television that ViewSonic offers is 42-inch N4285 conceived for those who demand a large format Full HD viewing solution. The resolution that this TV offers is 1920 x 1080 with an advanced image scaling Eco Panel and a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000:1. This television also offers ultimate performance along with energy conservation. This TV can be availed for $999 (approx Rs. 48,196).
The other offerings are HDTV for home entertainment- VT2042, VT2342 and VT2645. The 20-inch VT2042 and 23-inch VT2342 are also ideal for gaming and entertainment solutions. These HDTVs offer a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and a response time of 5 millisecond. Equipped with precision 3D video processing, the display of both these televisions supply crystal clear picture quality.
This set of televisions also come with a tilt base that has been included and the SRS TruSurround HD audio enables an enhanced user experience irrespective of where the television has been placed. The VT2042 offers a resolution of 1600 x 900 and the VT2342 features a resolution of 1920 x 1080. The VT2342 can be recommended for gamers as it supports full HD gaming consoles such as Xbox, Playstation and Wii. The VT2042 can be purchased this month for $299 (approx Rs. 14,423), while the VT2342 is now shipping and comes with a price tag of $349 (approx Rs. 16,835).
