Yesterday JVC announced the new HDTV sets, namely 37-inch LT-37X898, the 42-inch LT-42X898 and the 47-inch LT-47X898.
All the new sets include Clear Motion Drive II and full HD 1920 x 1080 displays. The GDTV sets also use a 10 bit IPS LCD panel, which renders more than one billion colors.
Besides, the TVs features include, a contrast ratio of 2000:1, 4.5msec response rate, 500cd/m2 brightness and a 178-degree viewing angle.
Moreover, a universal remote control also accompanies JVC’s all new HDTV sets. The manufacturer also offers direct selection of five different video inputs.
Apart from the image quality, JVC has also paid attention to the sound quality by including MaxxAudio, a suite of five psychoacoustic DSP technologies that compensate for the limitations of small speakers. These speakers also include a 20-watt amplifier, JVC’s Twin Oblique Cone speakers, Advanced Hyper Surround Plus, and JVC’s Smart Sound, which maintains a constant volume level as content changes.
The 37-inch LT-37X898, the 42-inch LT-42X898 and the 47-inch LT-47X898 will be available in the US market at the prices of $2,100 (approx 85,030 INR), $2,600 (approx 1,05,275 INR) and $3,300 (approx 1,33,620 INR), respectively.
