Rohit Pande, CEO, Classteacher Learning Systems commented, “Our education system does not differentiate students according to the learning capabilities and teach them at the same level, but the software installed in Classpad tests students’ problem solving, creativity and application of language skills.”

Importantly, the gadget categorizes students as per their talent and intelligence level. This will enlighten professors on which child needs more attention in terms of studies. Moreover, the device could serve as an effective e-reading option that eliminates the monotony involved in everyday rote learning and classroom sessions. Given the memory supported by the slab, hordes of books can be stored and read comfortably.

The tablet is targeted at 3 to 12 standard students and has been released in 2 models namely Trolley model and One Tablet Per Child Model (OTPC) model. While the former is accessible to multiple students, the latter ought to be used for one child only. The Classpad tablet price range is between Rs. 7,500 to Rs. 14,000.
