DataWind PocketSurfer2 Handheld Mobile Internet Device Announced

DataWind PocketSurfer2 Handheld DataWind has launched its ultra-thin handheld internet communications device, dubbed the PocketSurfer2. The company claims that this ultra-portable device has the capacity to deliver free wireless full power and original graphic intensity of the internet faster to the palm of your hand.

With the PocketSurfer2, a user can browse the web in original HTML layout with full graphics, Java support and other complex web functionality. The device offers 640 x 240 color widescreen displays, an incorporated mouse pointer and a full format, backlit QWERTY keyboard.

    No need to pay monthly service fees associated with the device. When you buy PocketSurfer2, the first full year service fees with 20 hours of usage per month gets added. The second year service fees would cost a maximum of about £40.00 for the whole year.

    DataWind PocketSurfer2 retails for £179.99 (approx. Rs. 14,920) on 16th August. The company will start accepting pre-orders from 25th July from Amazon.
