Doro, a leading Swedish consumer electronics company, has unveiled its new range of cordless DECT home phones, dubbed NeoBio.

The name of the ‘organic designed’ NeoBio comes from an industrial design trend referred to as ‘Neo Naturalism’. Doro has provided natural organic shapes with the crisp, contemporary principles of Swedish design for stylish, comfortable and accessible phones.

You can personalize the handsets with two decorative skins and interior color scheme.

“Our ambition was to create an appealing home telephone that’s pleasing to look at with a design that can be changed to match the home’s interior. In developing NeoBio we have succeeded in coming up with a product that’s both stylish and comfortable to use. More importantly it doesn’t cost the earth. NeoBio makes hi-design accessible to the masses.” says Fredrik Forssell, Doro’s European Marketing Director.

Below are the lists of the NeoBio handsets:

  • NeoBio 10: caller ID, 20 position phonebook and redial
  • NeoBio 15r: 20 position phonebook, redial and integral answer machine
  • NeoBio 20: backlit display and keypad, caller ID, speakerphone and skins
  • NeoBio 25r: answer machine, backlit display/keypad, speakerphone and skins
  • NeoBio 40: color display, polyphonic tones, 100 position phonebook and skins
  • NeoBio 45r: answer machine, 100 position phonebook, colour display and skins

    • Doro offers NeoBio cordless phones from mid-September in UK from Currys Digital Stores, Currys Superstores and Curry’s website. The price of the handsets ranges from £19.99 (approx. Rs. 1,606) to £69.99 (approx. Rs. 5,623) depending on the model chosen.
