XROAD V4050 GPS System to be Available in the US soon

Capoint Co. has announced that they will bring the XROAD V4050 GPA navigation unit soon in the United States of America, once FCC’s approval is secured.

Powered by 400MHz Samsung CPU processor, this new GOS unit is said to be originally released abroad as the Takara GP43. It supports Bluetooth and Mini-USB for data transfer.

Here are features of the XROAD V4050 GPS device:

  • A wide 4.3-inch touch screen
  • 480×272 resolutions
  • 2GB SD card reader
  • SiRF Star III GPS receiver
  • A multimedia player
  • Supports MP3, MPEG4 and JPG files

    • Capoint has not announced the price of the XROAD V4050. However, the European version of this product was priced at €500 (approx. Rs. 28,800).
