Antec High Current Gamer-M PSU series on its way

Antec HCG-M PSU series

A collection of robust new companions for gaming enthusiasts dubbed as the Antec High Current Gamer-M PSU series is all set to make its debut. An addition to the HCG PSU line which the company released two years ago, the freshly launched series consists of the compact 400W, 520W and 620W models.

Touting to offer high levels of performance and efficiency, the HCG-M PSU series is said to be ideal for home offices, corporate consumers and casual or avid gamers. Unlike others of its ilk, the Antec devices in this range operate with low noise since they come integrated with a 135mm two ball-bearing fan operating on Antec’s Thermal Manager and CircuitShield systems.

“Antec has succeeded with providing consumers with quiet and efficient power supplies to choose from. And now we want to provide the same type of power and convenience via hybrid modularity power supply that will help with energy reduction,” commented Mafalda Cogliani, Global Marketing Director at Antec.

These 80 PLUS Bronze certified Antec gadgets boast of 4 protected high current +12V rails offering heavy load capabilities that apparently result in maximum CPU and GPU compatibility. Designed with Japanese capacitors, they are embedded with 10-pin modular sockets for high current flexibility and are up to 87 percent energy efficient.

The Antec High Current Gamer-M PSU series HCG-400M, HCG-520M and HCG-620M are priced at $90 (approx. Rs. 4,374), $100 (approx. Rs. 4,860) and $120 (approx. Rs. 5,832), respectively.
