The peripheral is splashed with exclusive custom artwork that is plucked right out from the well-known franchise. The overall design incorporated by the latest entrant reflects the classic Mortal Kombat arcade cabinet complete with ergonomic button layout.

The Mortal Kombat Fight Stick innards are made up of high quality arcade parts from Suzo Happ. A unique plastic shield with the Mortal Kombat logo etched on it holds the parts and wires. This box is located at the base of the joystick so it is seamlessly concealed within the offering. The space is provided for accommodating a copy of the title as well as cables.
Furthermore, the gaming accessory is endowed with lining that is fashioned out of velvet-wrapped memory foam as well as rubberized feet at the bottom corners.
