Well, the new Nintendo Wii U console featuring a controller with a 6.2-inch screen, showcased at the E3 Expo 2011, has been announced to take hardcore gamers on an engaging ride.

Designed elegantly, the feature-loaded peripheral has been designed to eliminate gaming restrictions and puts forth a dynamic experience. While indulging in single-player games, users can conveniently glance over information on the controller’s screen. Concurrently, the device also manages to change the information and viewpoint based on the orientation of its gyroscope.

In multiplayer games, the controller augments the experience by bringing a wide variety of competitive opportunities. Under attractive features designed to fetch users, an impressive 6.2-inch screen, an accelerometer and a gyroscope, a rumble feature, an inward-facing camera, a microphone and speakers get lodged.

Some other highlights comprise two analog Circle Pads, + Control Pad, A/B/X/Y buttons, L/R buttons and ZL/ZR buttons. Apart from all this, the recently surfaced Wii U will come in collaboration with a new controller and feature the ability to utilize up to four additional Wii Remote or Wii Remote Plus controllers.

“Wii U redefines the structure of home entertainment by fundamentally changing how the TV, the game console and the Internet function and interact together,” elaborated Nintendo President Satoru Iwata. “The experience enabled by Wii U and the new controller takes players deeper into their games, while reaching out wider than ever before to be inviting to all kinds of gamers.”

What’s more, gaming enthusiasts also get to dote on Nintendo’s new interesting lineup of upcoming new and fan-favorite games. For Nintendo 3DS, the company has unleashed Super Mario, Luigi’s Mansion 2, Mario Kart, Kid Icarus: Uprising, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Star Fox 64 3D, Animal Crossing, Paper Mario, Picture Lives!, The Rolling Western get listed. For Wii, there will be The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Kirby Wii, Wii Play: Motion, Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident, Mario Party 9, Rhythm Heaven and Fortune Street.

Lastly, for Nintendo DS,Nintendo has packed in Kirby Mass Attack, Professor Layton and the Last Specter, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 and Super Fossil Fighters.

The new Nintendo Wii U console with controller with 6.2” screen is yet to receive details on its price tag and availability.
