This famous cartoon is now available on your iPhone and iPod Touch in the form of a game. Namco, along with the producer of this cartoon, Cookie Jar Entertainment, announces a game based on the popular 80’s defective Detective, Inspector Gadget.
President of Namco Bandai Networks Europe, Barry O’Neil said, “Inspector Gadget is a personal favorite for me and a character who has gained a loyal global following making him one of the most lovable icons of the cartoon crime-solving world. Inspector Gadget and the iPhone is a perfect partnership as one of the world’s most famous gadget users meets one of the world’s most famous gadgets.”
Gamers are able to play through six exciting levels and six mini-games. One can also play as other popular characters like the Inspector’s niece, Penny and their smart little dog, Brain. Equipped with all his wacky gadgets like Gadget Copter and Gadget Coat, the Inspector takes on the Evil Dr. Claw. To smoothly maneuver through the game and use different gadgets, there are touch controls located on either side of the screen.
Inspector Gadget Game is available for $5.99 from the Apple’s App Store on your iPhone or iPod Touch.
