Microsoft has announced to cut the price of Xbox 360 console by 13 percent in Japan. Earlier Xbox 360 was available at the price of 39,795 yen in the Japanese market (approx Rs. 13,925).
From Nov 1st Microsoft’s console will be available at the attractive price of 34,800 yen (approx Rs. 12,180).
It is said that the ‘price cut’ has been taken to compete with upcoming 40GB PS3. The newly launched PlayStation 3 model will cost gamers around 39,980 yen (approx Rs. 13,995).
Sony’s PS3 console will be available in the Japanese market from November 11.
