Nintendo Wii Fit Presented at E3

Nintendo has showcased its new fitness game called Wii Fit at E3 gaming conference in L.A.

This latest device is a sensor mat, which provides wireless peripheral called the Wii Balance Board. This system is combined with exercise software. The owner can choose between Yoga, muscle toning, aerobic and balance exercises.

The user needs to exercise on the Wii Fit and automatically it will measure the movements and senses. The sensor mat will only analyze if the exercises are right.

It include games such as blocking footballs, swiveling hula hoops, holding Yoga poses, and even ski jumping. In fact, it consists of 40 separate training activities to try.

This thin and flat Wii Balance Board also displays exercises by 3D figures on the screen. Surely, the Wii Fit can be a fun and popular activity at home.

Additionally, the device can also measure the weight of a person. The Wii Fit software tracks the Body Mass Index (BMI).

The company has not disclosed the launching date or price of the Wii Fit software. However, it is expected to be released by the end of this year.
