Nintendo Wii Expected to Go Out of Stock by Christmas

Nintendo Wii Console Nintendo Wii is the highest sold console all over the world. And as the festive time is coming closer, the sales are expected to go higher. In such a case, Nintendo said that the console might disappear from shelves for sometime.

Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo’s America President said that it is very difficult for the company to cope up with the increasing demand and thus people might not be able to find stocks of the Wii in retail shops.

Speaking to the Mercury News, Reggie Fils-Aime said, “We’re working very hard to make sure that consumers are satisfied this holiday, but I can’t guarantee that we’re going to meet demand. As a matter of fact, I can tell you on the record that we won’t.”

“What I can tell you is that typically, our inventory is lasting a day… I don’t think we will know when supply crosses with demand until after the holiday season,” he added.

If this is the case, people who wish to buy the consoles now have to hurry. Or else the Nintendo Wii will run out for sure. And you may not be able to enjoy your Christmas to the fullest.
