Yesterday, one of Asia’s largest IT events called the Asia IT Expo 2007 commenced by The Economic Times, a Bennett & Coleman division, at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, India, going on till 30th September.
IT Expo has been specially organized for computer hardware, software and services companies. Thus, the expected masses are IT professional, system integrators and manufacturers of computer components, distributors, resellers and channel partners across the country.
The largest event is not only concentrating on the technology products and dealers but also targets on peripherals and day-to-day compact products that are been used in the IT field.
For instance, we noticed Geo Fire, a security company, Xerox, a computer peripheral company that provides printers, Samsung showing LCDs, Fujitsu presenting laptops and Onida showcasing projectors. Creative with their new gadgetry, D-Link, Guangzhou Yinco’s Audio speakers, VOX nauge gadgets demonstrating PMPs and Kingston Technology amongst others also participated in the event.
In this event, Kingston, who completed 20 years in this industry, plans to make IT products available to Indians and build up its flash memory family.

The first day of the event experienced an amazing continuous stream of visitors. The weekend will obviously notice even a better amount of guest for the exhibition.
The Asia IT Expo 2007 event is definitely a medium to initiate product marketing schemes, trade, investment and joint ventures in the field of Technology.
