The Acer S series is all set to bring five new displays into its formidable range of monitors. The list includes the S235HL, S200HL, S230HL Abd, S230HL Abii, and the S271HL. The offerings sport various screen sizes that go from 20 inches to 27 inches.
The first one in this array is the Acer S235HL. It sports a 23-inch widescreen which displays visuals in a resolution of 1920 x 1080p HD. Supported by an elegant silver stand, the gadget’s chassis further flaunts ice blue LED buttons. It also boasts of one VGA and two HDMI ports located at the base. Next in line is the S200HL Abd monitor, which is equipped with a 20-inch 1600 x 900p resolution screen. Accompanied by a rounded glossy, porcelain-like stand, it seems suitable for style conscious users who demand functionality as well.
The aforementioned devices are followed by the S230HL Abd and S230HL Abii models. Each of these 23-inch ultra thin LED-backlit monitors display images in a 1920 x 1080p resolution. While the Abd model offers a VGA and a DVI with HDCP port, the Abii one comes with two HDMI with HDCP and a single VGA terminal. The last one in this roster is probably the largest one as well. The S271HL shows off a 27-inch screen with an HD resolution of 1920 x 1080p. To allow easy wall mounting, this one also complies with VESA standards.
The Acer S series price and availability details have been revealed by the company. The S235HL price is $219, whereas the S200HL can be grabbed for $139. Price tags for the S230HL Abd, S230HL Abii and S271HL displays read as $169, $189, and $329, respectively. Among the array, the S200HL and S230HL Abd as well as Abii monitors are expected to hit markets in April, while the other two can now be purchased from online retailers.
