Users can now get hold of the Kindle wireless reader, one of the most popular devices from Amazon, through the OfficeMax stores across the U.S. The Wi-Fi enabled reader supports 3G network globally without monthly rentals and agreements.
The high-contrast 6-inch screen incorporated with the E Ink Pearl technology delivers an electronic paper display of high resolution for an actual reading experience. This technology also provides a better contrast to reduce the glaring, allowing users to read in bright sunlight.

Besides the Kindle reading device, users can download the Kindle app on their smartphones and other Wi-Fi enabled devices. Also, once downloaded, the book is saved in the online archive allowing members to download the book again for free. In addition to the Kindle reading device, OfficeMax stores are also stocking up on popular Kindle accessories.
The Kindle wireless reading device available at OfficeMax stores starts at a price of $114 (approx. Rs. 5,130).
