Philips sculpts Cinema Proportion full HD 3D LED Pro TV for India

For those who picture themselves enjoying their favorite title while lazily lying on the couch this holiday, here’s some great news. At a press event held today in Mumbai, India, Philips released its new Cinema 21:9 Full HD 3D LED Pro TV with Ambilight Spectra technology. The huge 58PFL995H/12 TV comes equipped with the Perfect Pixel HD engine.

Users can view 3D movies on the LED TV’s 21:9 widescreen aspect to experience a cinematic performance. Mesmerizing effects are added by the integrated Ambilight technology which sheds a glow of light around the back of the screen. Folks at our end were greeted with a theater-like show of 2D and 3D content on their 55” LED TV variant. Interestingly, the Philips Net TV with Wi-Fi allows seamless wireless connectivity as well.

Boasting of a fast 44Hz refresh rate, the full HD 3D LED Pro TV delivers 2,560 x 1,080p resolution and can display up to four trillion colors. Rendering a 0.5ms response time, it utilizes Perfect Natural Motion too for smooth visuals. Moreover, owners can choose a full HD 3D option for multimedia buffs to completely immerse into their preferred romantic sitcom or action video. Also, the Philips spokesperson mentioned that the pricing of the entire range has been decided by keeping an average Indian consumer in mind.

The Philips Cinema 21:9 is anticipated to be available across India soon through the company’s flagship stores, retailers and select outlets.
