Samsung has just uncloaked a slim series of Full HD 3D LED TVs in India dubbed the 9000. At 7.98mm, it comes bundled with a touchscreen remote control and claims to be the world’s sleekest TV.
The alluring LED TV with its Touch Control feature adorns a vibrant three-inch color display. It also includes an earphone jack and Twin View which enables users to watch TV or Blu-ray DVD titles simultaneously. The remote control includes ‘one click play’ which intuitively turns on the TV when users play the DVD connected to the TV. The remote control comes bundled with AllShare, QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi and infrared technology that offer seamless control on the TV, STB and AV devices at 2.4GHz.

The stylish 9000 series boasts of a transparent neck and an auto-sliding touchpad for ease and convenience. The display is wrapped with a stainless-steel bezel and an eye-catching back cover which blends with various room ambiances with utmost ease. Connectivity is leveraged as the device includes integrated Ethernet connection, wireless-ready capabilities and four HDMI ports. In addition, it includes a USB port to play various multimedia files directly from a flash drive or USB HDD.
Users can now watch movies easily as the device offers 3D processors’ auto-conversion technology which converts 2D content to 3D. Its integrated 2 x 15w front-facing speakers put forth a vibrant stereo sound performance. Users can access several Samsung Apps which include rich content from services like Netflix, Blockbuster and more with the advanced Internet@TV function.
The new 3D TVs match Samsung’s 3D Blu-ray player (BD-C6900), Blu-ray integrated home theater system (HT-C6950), and 3D active glasses for an amplified visual experience. Designed to be power efficient, the device extends its support towards the environment since it comes built with various environmentally friendly processes.
Users can now avail Samsung’s Series 9000 55-inch TV with Samsung 6900 BD player and three 3D glasses for Rs. 4,30,000 against a price of Rs. 4,79,970. Whereas, the only 9000 series is available in 55-inch screen size with a price of Rs. 4,40,000. The company also offers discounts for the 46-inch and 55-inch 3D TVs in Series 7000 and 8000. Additionally, savings range form Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000.
Samsung has also come up with LED TVs in 22-inch and 26-inch screen sizes in its Series 4000 and 5000 and subsumes 13 LED TV models between 22-inch to 55-inch, ranged between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 2,00,000. The Samsung 3D LCD series is now available in 46-inch and 55-inch screen sizes and are tagged between Rs. 1,29,000 and Rs. 1,86,900 respectively. The 63-inch 3D Plasma TV can be grabbed for Rs. 3,00,000.
