Projectors are used in various fields and organizations these days like schools, hospitals and offices. Now Canon USA has expanded its acclaimed REALiS LCOS Projector with a new inclusion dubbed as the REALiS SX7 Mark II Multimedia. The latest offering merges all the noteworthy features found in the other REALiS projectors with a Photo Image Mode and 4000 lumens of brightness.
The new Photo Image Mode easily enables customers to make amendments in order to enhance the quality of the content being emitted by the projector. The color temperature and intensity of colors can both be opted from the easy-to-use presets through the mode’s Color Level and Color Temperature functions.
The Photo Image Mode also features an Ambient Light function which can be employed to make up for the type of lighting and various levels of intensity. This aspect is apt for customers who are conduct sessions in a bright environment such as a classroom or seminar hall. They can also have better control over color reproduction and image quality via the various functions espied within the Photo Image Mode.
Yuichi Ishizuka, executive vice president and general manager, Consumer Imaging Group, Canon U.S.A. explained, “Whether presenting photographs, videos, presentations, or any other content, the color accuracy and amount of ambient light will play a major role in the perceived quality of work. The high-brightness and Photo Image Mode included on the REALiS SX7 Mark II allows users to display their images with outstanding detail and superb quality.â€
Coming back to the projector, the REALiS SX7 Mark II Multimedia device comprises of advanced LCOS technology with Canon’s patented, proprietary AISYS Optical Engine. The projector also supports Adobe RGB and sRGB color spaces which are a vital component for precise color-matching. Other important features include Genuine Canon 1.7x Powered Zoom/Focus Lens and ability to support popular widescreen WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution computers. The product also offers DVI-I Terminal and an Off & Go system which enables pack-up after the presentation.
The REALiS SX7 Mark II Multimedia Projector bears a price of $6,999 (approx. Rs.318,454) and is scheduled to hit stores by early next month. The new offering will enter the market packed with a Three-Year Limited Warranty and Projector Protection Program.
