Samsung India has announced the launch of the first FM-capable LCD TV, dubbed the LA22A480.
The slim and stylish 22-inch LCD display from the Samsung Series 4 features a built-in FM, dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000:1, 15Wx2 (rms) sound output and the company’s DNIe (Digital Natural Image Engine) Plus that reduces noise while improving contrasts and sharpening edges on fast moving images.
On FM radio mode, the TV automatically shifts to auto power saving mode in 10 minutes to deliver uninterrupted FM listening experience.
The Samsung LA22A480 comes with the 30 channels memory storage capacity for FM stations, customable 5-Band Graphic Equalizer and SRS Trusurround XT to play 5.1 or 6.1 multi-channel content over the two powerful speakers.
Equipped with HDMI port, the Samsung LA22A480 gets easily connected to HD digital devices such as disc players, game consoles, home theatre system, etc.
The energy-efficient TV uses under 1W of power on the stand-by mode and around 60W on the operation mode.
The Samsung LA22A480 LCD TV with in-built FM is priced at Rs. 20,900.
