Samsung CX Series LCD Monitors with Integrated Tuner and Front Speakers Unveiled

Samsung logo Aimed at the custom installation market, Samsung has rolled out its latest line of sleek LCD TV, the CX series. This range of profession large format display sports a high-gloss design. In this series, there are two versions, namely CX and CXn. The essential features of the latest series of LCD monitors are digital tuner, HDMI, hidden/integrated speakers and an in-built network PCs that ensures easy content management.

The monitors can be mounted horizontally and vertically through the supported industry-standard VESA wall mounting hardware. It also comes with anti burn-in and anti image-retention circuits, it is easy to curtail the option of static images damaging the unit.

The Samsung CXn monitors are compatible with WAN connectivity and MagicInfo capabilities that are compliant with 1920 x 1080 full HD content, single and even multiple content servers. Moreover, the other key functionalities are automatic program updating by server, system performance monitoring, remote content management and video wall support.

The Samsung CX monitors include RS-232C interface which allows users to control up to 25 displays through a single remote computer. Additionally, the CX series sport a heavy-duty power supply, enhanced cooling technologies, dust build-up prevention techniques, and improved shielding as well as security lock-out features.

The 400CX and 400CXn LCD displays provide a resolution of 1366 x 768 cd/m2 of brightness, whereas the 460CX and 460CXn have a resolution of 1920 x 1080 cd/m2 of brightness. Other features include a 3000:1 high dynamic contrast ratio, a fast 8ms response time, and a built-in 10-watt speakers.
