Packed with features to suit large businesses, the latest addition to the ThinkCentre range dubbed Lenovo ThinkCentre M71z all-in-one desktop is all set to be available in October. Running on the latest Intel Core processor family, the touchscreen desktop boasts of fast boot up and video conferencing attributes.

The desktop can be customized with second generation Intel Core processors while it boots up in about 15 seconds. Part of Lenovo’s Enhanced Experience 2.0 program, the AIO desktop equips the rapid DDR3 RAM and its storage memory can be expanded up to 1TB with the help of hard drives or up to 160GB utilizing solid state drives.

We’ve built the ThinkCentre M71z to go beyond these advantages and give any business that needs it the highest levels of desktop performance,” quoted Tom Shell, general manager and vice president, Worldwide ThinkCentre Business Unit, Lenovo.

Fitted with a 20-inch display, the optional touchscreen system is said to be cost-effective compared to conventional desktops. The optional 2.0 megapixel camera accompanied with a digital microphone facilitates video conferencing with clear images and audio. The ThinkVantage Communications Utility allows regulating camera and microphone settings during calls.

Along with an adjustable stand, the desktop can be easily mounted on the wall or the desk with the universal Vesa arm mounting. Additionally, the system also includes features such as DVD burner, Wi-Fi and chassis intrusion switch. The six USB ports allow connectivity to various devices while the DisplayPort projects videos on a second monitor. The eco-friendly desktop Energy Star 5.2 and EPEAT labeled.

Priced at $599 (approx. Rs. 27,100), the Lenovo ThinkCentre M71z all-in-one desktop will be available through the official web portal in October.
