BlueAnt Q1 Voice controlled headset goes truly hands-free

Hands-free equipment has never really stuck to its literal significance. Now BlueAnt Wireless has come out with theQ1 hands-free device that claims to match up to its factual term. Q1 is a Bluetooth headset crafted with the company’s Simply Connect voice control technology.

The integrated voice recognition program lends users the convenience of just plugging the headset to their ears and verbally pairing and setting up. Simply uttering ‘answer’ or ‘ignore’ are required to pick up or ignore a phone call. The device claims to support multi point that permits users to connect two phones at a time. Subsequently, the user can put a call on hold and pick up a call from the other phone connection.

BlueAnt’s DSP software, Voice Isolation technology, is programmed to reduce noise interferences like echoes, wind and background disturbances. The press of a button enables users to choose between standard and maximum noise reduction functions. Q1 comes enveloped in a sleek gunmetal design with soft silicon earbuds.
