iBall Andi 4L Pulse launched in India for Rs 4999 with Windows Phone 8.1

The iBall Andi 4L Pulse is the latest smartphone from an Indian OEM to venture into the sparsely populated Windows Phone ecosystem. The handset basically has to compete with Microsoft’s own releases most of which, cater to the budget segment.

And to actually have a chance of success in this market, the iBall Andi 4L Pulse takes on a very attractive price tag of Rs 4999. It also comes with hardware components that aren’t easily found on Android powered devices in the same category. The new launch runs on Windows Phone 8.1 and there’s absolutely no word whether it’ll get the latest Windows 10 update.

These tools come for free and are preloaded into the iBall smartphone. The handset doesn’t have the looks to impress, but hardware is good enough to get things working smoothly.
