The DVDO Mobile High-Definition Travel Kit packs its features into a compact orb making it easy to carry around for travelers. It is a MHL-to-HDMI adapter that also serves as a multi-charger, allowing content from the user’s smartphone/tablet to be viewed through a HD projector, monitor or HDTV. It comes with a 20-inch and an 8-inch micro USB-connector that enables data transfer between devices.
The HD Travel Kit has multi-charging options with an integrated USB-to-PC connector and a USB-to-AC charger allowing the users to sync data even when gadgets are charging. It’s incorporated with a 46-inch cable that recoils to hide-in. As for business folks, it integrates a 36-inch HDMI connector linking it to an HDTV or HDMI-enabled projectors, allowing to view photos, videos, music as well as applications on large screens.

The DVDO Mobile allows for MHL-enabled smartphones or tablets to be controlled by television and projector remotes. This requires HDTVs supporting HDMI Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) commands. In addition to this, necessary software is to be downloaded into the DVDO Mobile from the website for convenient hands-free operation of the same.
The DVDO Mobile High-Definition Travel Kit is being displayed at Cedia Expo 2011.
