Archos Logo Tablet devices seem to be enjoying increasing popularity these days. While the upcoming CeBIT 2010 is anticipated to play host to a number of exciting innovations and gadgets, there are a few that garner a lot of attention even before their unveiling. One, or rather say, two of these comprise of the Archos Android tablets.

According to Engadget, Carrypad has received word from the Archos German PR company regarding two new Android-run tablets to be unveiled at the CeBIT this March. The devices are expected to carry affordable price-tags. Additionally, the tablets are cited to be designed for use at home.

Technical specifications of the Archos tablets have not emerged as yet, although one of the devices is expected to be a new Archos 7 tablet. Apparently, the use of ‘low-cost’ and home use’ descriptions for the tablets indicate that they might not be 3G-enabled.

For gadget enthusiasts, it may be a long wait until CeBIT is convened.
