According to Mike Stinson, VP of Marketing, Motion Computing, “We designed the new J3400 around today’s highly mobile user who demands a very rugged, lightweight tablet PC with today’s best performance and security features. When considering user ergonomics and security for the J3400 we turned to our longtime supplier AuthenTec for a convenient, durable fingerprint sensor solution, and once again they delivered.”

Boasting lightweight package and superior ergonomics, the J3400 tablet PC promises to provide simplified password management, improved fingerprint imaging, sensor durability and performance with enhanced data security, thanks to the incorporation of the AuthenTec AES2550. Now, users do not have to crack their head and remember burdensome passwords and website logins!

Tom Aebli, AuthenTec’s vice president of Wireless Products, stated, “We believe that Motion Computing has designed another winning product with the J3400, and we were pleased that they chose our AES2550 sensor for enhanced user security, convenience and personalization in this rugged tablet PC. The J3400 is the seventh tablet PC model from Motion Computing to leverage the multiple features of an AuthenTec sensor, and we think users will appreciate the multiple functions they can enable on this innovative tablet with the simple swipe of a finger.”
