TableKiosk a mobile computing solutions provider has launched its latest innovation, the Sahara Slate PC i440D.

The new mobile PC feature both pen and touch screen input also it is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition or Windows Vista Business operating systems.

Key features of the Sahara Slate PC i440D include:

  • Dual mode display that switches between touch screen and active digitizer (pen) input with Wacom digitizer technology
  • I/O ports that include PCMCIA Type II, eSATA, USB 2.0 and IEEE1394a (6-pin)
  • A biometric fingerprint reader
  • Three user programmable buttons
  • User accessible memory slot
  • BTO configurations with up to 4 GB DDR2 RAM / 160GB SATA HDD
  • All powered by an Intel Core Duo LV processor

    Besides, mentioned above the tablet PC also features dual core processor, upgradeable system memory, DirectX 9.1 graphics support and wireless capabilities.

    TabletKiosk is shipping the Sahara Slate PC i440D at the price of $2,295 (around Rs. 93,060).
