Sandisk 32GB SDHC memory card exceeds Class 10 standards

Sandisk 32GB SDHC The photography and video enthusiasts can now store abundant pictures by using Sandisk’s latest offering, the 32GB SDHC card.

With 32GB capacity, this memory card offers ample of space for storage, thereby enabling DSLR camera users benefit from their camera’s loaded features. It also provides 30 Mb/s read and write speeds.

“The market for entry to mid-level DSLR cameras is growing, and SDHC is becoming the de-facto card format for these devices,” said Susan Park, director, retail product marketing, SanDisk. “Our card’s 32GB of storage and up to 30MB/s read & write speeds enable DSLR users to shoot without worrying about storage or speed limitations. SanDisk Extreme SDHC cards provide consumers with a more enjoyable user experience, letting them focus on what is really important – the images that they are capturing.”

At times, users are unable to take pictures in succession incase the burst mode pauses due to low data processing rate. This is avoided with this SDHC card’s quick data transfer rates. Moreover, it can store up to 2500 RAW images.

The 32GB SanDisk Extreme SDHC card exceeds the new Class 10 specification of the SD Association for high definition (AVCHD) video recording. The card comes with continuous and quick write speeds and capture videos on a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 24Mb/s data transfer rate and can store maximum 160 minutes HD videos.

The card features operating temperature between -13 F to 185 F. Moreover, it is compatible with any card reader, camera and devices that need SDHC cards.
Powered by ImageMate Multi-Card USB 2.0 reader/writer, this Sandisk card can transfer data to a computer at the rate of 30MB/s. Photographers can employ this card to achieve their deadlines. This is possible because the card maximizes workflow and aids with faster post-production work.

The SanDisk Extreme 32GB SDHC cards will be shipping in August. The pricing details are yet to be announced.
