SanDisk Ultra II SD Card and Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive

SanDisk is selling the Ultra II SD Card and Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive with the good cause of takes Action against Alzheimer’s disease. The special SanDisk Ultra II SD Card and Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive will now be available in special edition, which will contribute $1 to the Alzheimer’s Association for Each Specially-Branded Product Purchased, Up To $1 Million.

Alzheimer is the progressive disease that kills brain cells and destroys mental as well as physical functions. The disease is most common after the age of 65. However the disease is not the normal part of the aging process and hit even at the age of 30. not only the patient but also the family members of the Alzheimer patients face emotional and financial burdens as around-the-clock care is required in later stages.

Both the products will come in the special purple colored package and will carry the signature color of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Susan Park, senior product marketing manger for SanDisk Ultra II cards and leader of the Alzheimer’s initiative at SanDisk, said, “By choosing SanDisk’s Take Action Against Alzheimer’s cards and flash drives, consumers get the same quality at the same price as our regular cards and drives, while making a contribution to the Alzheimer’s Association. Our goal in launching this program is not only to raise funds, but to help increase awareness of Alzheimer’s. SanDisk’s two Take Action Against Alzheimer’s storage devices are now available at select Best Buy stores in the United States. The 2GB SanDisk Ultra II SD card is priced at $44.99 (approx 1,815 INR) while the 2GB Cruzer Micro USB flash drive is available at $39.99 (approx 1,610 INR).
