Nokia Ace or Lumia 900 to make AT&T debut?

Nokia Ace

Soon after the release of the Nokia Lumia handsets, rumors broke out in tech town about the next Windows Phone device waiting in the pipeline and now there seems to be proof regarding the existence of the Nokia Ace or Lumia 900. Pocketnow has stumbled upon some more pictures of the upcoming handset which was caught in a festive mood.

According to the website, the Nokia Ace or Lumia 900 featured on a Christmas greeting card of one of the partners in Microsoft. It is speculated to arrive soon at AT&T in the U.S. as the Nokia Ace. The smartphone will apparently be taking on the Lumia 900 name for the rest of the world.

There appears to be not much of a difference between the looks of this mobile device and its Lumia 800 or 710 counterparts. However, one point of significance is the front facing camera that this new smartphone seems to be sporting in these leaked pictures. The Lumia handsets possess only primary rear facing cameras and the Nokia Ace has reportedly gone a step ahead of them in this case.

Besides the snapper, another point of differentiation could be that the upgraded version of the Lumia 800 is most likely to support 4G LTE connectivity. Windows Phone 7 Tango looks like a much coveted mobile platform right now and this would, in all probability be the third handset running on the Microsoft mobile OS version after the HTC Radiant and Samsung Mandel which are also rumored to hit AT&T soon.

The Nokia Ace or Lumia 900 is expected to be introduced through AT&T in the U.S. anytime soon.
