We first heard about the Asus Eee Keyboard back in June. The recent rumors about this keyboard claim that it is due for release this October. According to Engadget, along with the Eee Keyboard, the Eee Box and the Eee Top will be released soon.
The Asus Eee Keyboard PC is a keyboard that features a 5-inch LCD screen and offers support for Wi-Fi connectivity. The keyboard is also capable of streaming high definition videos and sending and receiving emails.
The Nvidia Ion-based Eee Box which is also known as the B1006 is a nettop box. While, the Asus Eee Top also called the ET2002T is a desktop PC that made its debut in France recently. This desktop PC features a 20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1,600 x 900 pixels. The PC is powered by Intel’s dual-core Atom 330 processor. The other notable features of this PC include DVD burner, 2GB RAM and 250GB hard drive.
Reportedly, DigiTimes says that the Nvidia Ino-based Eee Box and the 20-inch Eee Top are due for release this September. It is also speculated that the Asus Eee Keyboard that is expected to release this October will be priced between $400 (approx. Rs. 19,525) and $500 (approx. Rs. 24,407). However, Asus has refrained from commenting on these rumors.
