On the Zune Forum, a Microsoft Guru – Paul Thurrott – stated that the Zune HD will start shipping on September 5, 2009, according to I4U. No word on how Paul got to know about this secretive release date! As there was no official announcement by the company.

There is no confirmation on the price as yet.

Let’s leave the unknown details aside and point down the known ones. The Zune HD sports a 3.3-inch OLED touchscreen and supports Wi-Fi and HD Radio. It enables users to play 720p HD video through a docking station accessory.
