Quantum Personal TV media player announced
Quantum announces its new Personal TV media player that incorporates Siano’s DVB-H front-end technology. Featuring the remarkable SMS8021 internal chip antenna, it claims to be the first PMP with OSF IPDC and OMA BCAST personal mobile TV and GPS navigation.
The Quantum PMP takes the portable entertainment to a greater height by introducing live mobile TV broadcasting of about 30 channels onto a GPS enabled device, thus offering navigation, personal assistance and location based-services. You can now enjoy mobile digital TV entertainment, traffic and weather updates, movies, an MP3 player, and picture viewing on a touch-screen interface. Quantum’s Personal TV Media Player provides unparalleled DVB-H reception and mobility performance.
