The Cassette Tape MP3 Player: Get Back to the Golden Memories

Cassette Tape MP3 player Here’s a gadget that gets back to the past with a combination of future added too. The latest MP3 player comes in a completely out of a box shape which is a Cassette player.

And in fact the cassette can be easily placed into the old tape record players and it can be played from there as well. The MP3 player does not have an internal memory but the songs can be fed in through an external memory card. The player supports up to 2GB of external memory.

The device is compatible with Windows 2000/XP and its 450mAh lithium battery can be charged via its USB. The player with 2.5″ x 4″ x .45″ dimension also provides Repeat playback mode and a 7 button interface. The cassette costs $40 without the memory card included in it, which seems to be a little high priced taking into consideration its zero internal memory.

The product is currently available via ThinkGeek for $39.99.
