Plustek uncovers brand new line of scanners
Plustek Technology has come out with an entire line of scanners including the SmartOffice PS282, MobileOffice D428 and MobileOffice AD450.
The compact SmartOffice PS282 scanner is capable of scanning legal sized documents to inflexible ID cards. PDF, JPG, TIF, RTF, XLS or DOC documents can be converted to digital format with a single touch scanning and then e-mailed, saved to PCs, portable HDDs or even printed out.
Plustek’s MobileOffice D428 scanner measures just 4” x 12” and delivers a scanning speed of 28ppm. Apart from integrating the standard features of document scanner, this model allow remote and field based workers to scan documents at their client’s site.
The MobileOffice AD450 is a light-weight scanner that occupies 3” x 7” of space, features an automatic document feeder, single touch scanning and advanced image processing. It can be used to scan documents smaller than A6 size as also checks, deposit slips and ID cards.
Pricing details are unclear as of now.
