Sennheiser announces MM400 and MM450 Bluetooth Headsets

Sennheiser Bluetooth Headsets Building on the success of the MM50 and the MM60, Sennheiser has now announced two new Bluetooth headsets dubbed MM400 and MM450 Travel. These headsets are said to support Bluetooth 2.1 and come equipped with an invisible microphone. Both the headsets claim to combine luxury with advanced functionality.

Specifically designed for the demanding global traveler, these headsets deliver world-class stereo sound with the help of the A2DP profile. The MM400 and the MM450 allow users to answer calls with just the press of a button. They promise to provide crystal clear sound quality at both ends of the calls. The drivers and technology from Sennheiser’s hi-fi headphone lineup promise to deliver superior quality music.

Product Manager Johannes Kaulfuss states, “Bluetooth technology together with the advanced A2DP profile is so mature that great stereo sound is now possible. That means we at Sennheiser Communications have developed and launched probably one of the world’s best Stereo Bluetooth headsets.”

The headsets also bundle up an airline adapter and a cord that allows users to use the headsets during the flight where wireless connections are prohibited. The over-the-head design of these devices promises to keep the background noise out.

The MM450 features the NoiseGuard 2.0 technology that eliminates background noise for crystal clear sound. The TalkThrough feature of this headset allows users to listen to announcements or speak to people without taking off the headset.

The Sennheiser MM400 and MM450 Bluetooth 2.1 Travel headsets bundle up USB wall charger, in-flight adapters, 3.5mm audio cable and carry case. Both the headsets will be made available with a 2 year international warranty, starting this September. The pricing details of these headsets are still under wraps.
