iTech is now offering users a stylish way to work towards saving the environment with the introduction of the solar powered Bluetooth Headset. This new headset from iTech is called the SolarVoice 908. It boasts of a small form-factor that renders it completely portable. Moreover, the headset is completely different from the huge solar powered headsets launched earlier.
This iTech headset can be alternatively powered by a USB cord. It offers support for technologies like A2DP as well as Noise reduction for Call clarity. This headset is claimed to be the first solar powered device to incorporate background noise cancellation feature.
The device boasts of its innovative earbuds that eliminate fatigue. These earbuds are provided in four sizes to suit the needs of individual consumers. The other notable features of the SolarVoice 908 include Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, headset and hands-free Bluetooth profiles, Multipoint technology, charging status indicators and Bluetooth range of around 33 feet. The SolarVoice is said to offer an indefinite standby time when placed in optimum sunlight. Apart from this, the headset provides a talktime of up to five hours and a standby time of up to 140 hours.
Weighing a nominal 12g, the iTech solar powered Bluetooth headset is now available at the Brando website. Apparently, this unique headset is priced at $66.90 (approx. Rs. 3,212). Well, considering the unique features, this headset is sure to get a good response from style buffs and environment conscious consumers.
