Altec Lansing Stage-Gig speakers carved for gamers
Altec Lansing has unveiled its latest amplified speakers that are specifically designed to work with gaming applications. Called the Stage-Gig, these speakers are compatible with almost any gaming console. The speakers claim to provide an output of around 40 watts.
The Stage-Gig flaunts a 6.5-inch subwoofer and is said to be carved for gaming applications like Rock Band, Guitar Hero and DJ Hero. Moreover, this speaker is said to be compatible with any gaming console currently available in the market. The tough design with corner guards ensures that the speakers protected from bumps and bruises.
The grab-and-go handle allows users to tag along this amplified speaker wherever they go. The Stage-Gig also incorporates a volume knob and RCA outputs for extra speakers. The Audio Alignment technology ensures that the drivers, enclosure and electronics are balanced to provide optimum sound quality.
The Altec Lansing Stage-Gig amplified speakers are expected to hit the market in November this year. The speakers will be priced at $99.99 (approx. Rs. 4,645). Considering the specification and the pricing, we feel that the Stage-Gig is surely an option worth considering.
