Glacial Tech Igloo 1100CU series CPU coolers
Gaming enthusiasts can rejoice as the latest CPU Cooler Series from Glacial Tech are said to keep the CPUs effective even after hours of continuous gaming. The company introduces the Igloo 1100 CU series, light weight CPU coolers aimed to offer low noise, high performance and easy clip.
The series is especially designed for Intel LGA 1156 processors. The series offers coolers in four variants 1100Cu Silent/1100Cu Silent(E)/1100Cu Silent(2B), 1100Cu Light/1100Cu Light(E)/1100Cu Light(2B), 1100Cu/1100Cu(E)/1100Cu and 1100Cu PWM/1100Cu PWM(E)/1100Cu PWM(2B).
The 1100CU series devices weigh around 451 grams while the Igloo 1100 Series is as light as 380 grams. The Igloo 1100 CU series is designed keeping overclocking in mind. These coolers measure around 80mm × 80mm × 25mm with 12 VDC rated voltage. The 1100CU series comes with Aluminum 6063T5 and Copper C1100 heat sink.
The 1100Cu Silent/1100Cu Silent (E)/1100Cu Silent (2B) provides a speed of 2000 rpm while the 1100Cu Light/1100Cu Light (E)/1100Cu Light (2B) offers 2600rpm. However, the 1100Cu/1100Cu (E)/1100Cu and the 1100Cu PWM/1100Cu PWM (E)/1100Cu PWM (2B) presents a speed of 3200 and 3600 respectively.
The input current required for the 1100Cu Silent/1100Cu Silent (E)/1100Cu Silent (2B), 1100Cu Light/1100Cu Light (E)/1100Cu Light (2B), 1100Cu/1100Cu (E)/1100Cu and 1100Cu PWM/1100Cu PWM (E)/1100Cu PWM (2B) are 0.168Amp, 0.228 Amp, 0.3Amp and 0.456Amp respectively. These CPU coolers belong to LGA1156i3, i5 type.
